David Montgomery punched in the touchdown from the one-yard line and Sam LaPorta caught a two-point conversion to give the Lions a 3-point lead. A quick 3-and-out from the Bears set the Lions up for their own game-winning drive. The comeback began with a 32-yard strike to Jameson Williams. With 3 minutes left in the fourth quarter, they trailed the Bears 26-14. The Lions had quite the comeback themselves. In the Chargers’ attempt to answer, Kenny Clark ultimately knocked down the final pass from Justin Herbert to seal the victory. Doubs out-muscled LA Chargers’ corner Michael Davis at the point of attack and came down in a pirouette to take the lead. Jordan Love led what became the game-winning drive that culminated in a 24-yard touch pass to Romeo Doubs. This past week both the Packers and Lions had thrilling endings to their games, respectively. Green Bay sitting at a 4-5 record while Detroit is at a healthy 8-2 helps bring that line into perspective. According to the folks over at DraftKings, the spread currently sits at -7.5 for the home team. The Green Bay Packers will travel to play the Detroit Lions at Ford Field this Thanksgiving.
